Discovery Go App family on Apple Devices

Hi All, Wondering if anyone is experiencing this issue and found a resolution. I am using apps from the Discovery GO family (TLC Go, HGTV Go....) on multiple apple devices (Apple tv 4k, iPad, iPhone XS). The issue is this- with the same TV provider logged in favorites etc do not sync across devices. Further the apps continually erase as if just installed so all settings, favorites, and show progress are GONE!! Very annoying! My provider is Youtube TV. I have contacted tech support over a year ago. They asked questions then said they replicated the issue but then dropped the ball and never got back to me and the issue persists. All general stuff reinstalling the apps, restarting devices have been done multiple times. It seems that since this is across devices it is at the account level somehow. For instance, when you log into your account on any device you account info, favorites, settings and all should be there. Any help/ thoughts are appreciated.
