Lately I've noticed that "other" has been slowly creeping up to 75gb

I've read up a bit and turned off time machine then re verified my disk and repaired, then deleted unwanted/old files with omnidisk and have gained 35gb (was 25gb before using omni).

Omnidisk now says that my drive is used to 362gb , however about this mac says that I've used 390gb - Where would I find this "missing" 38gb

Also since the clean up "other" is still showing as 75gb
