Discussion Forum Aggregator?

Is anyone aware of an application, which can aggregate discussion forum posts in the way an RSS aggregator (like Reeder) can?

No. Not possible
Most forums doesn't even offer RSS feeds and the mail notification mostly sucks (when not active you won't receive more notifications).

I guess this has commercial reasons. So no solution for you.
