Disk permissions / Repair

ran disk permissions and it says i need to insert my disk and run it from there to repair the problems. it means the disk that came with the mbp and not the latest OS disk. correct?

i'm not having any issues, but having errors like this bugs the hell out of me.

It means the original Mac OS X Installation disc.
Also, disk fragmentation is not something you notice right away, but a lot of it will slow down your system like hell. You should do these checkups regularly for errors like this.
