Disk that comes with mac

I just purchased my mac and have found out thru the apple chat that it only comes with 1 disk. I know Windows does that and it horrible and they cripple OS. Does mac do this? What is your guys and gals input?

No. Mac OS fits on one DVD. You'll be fine.

Well they are saying that it has leopard iLife and some other apps on that 1 disk so I was not sure.

You'll be fine. No need to worry, they come with the complete OS and intergrated iLife applications (dvd storage space is fairly high and they barely use the entire disc) and there will be an Apple Hardware Test disk aswell
