Disk Tray Pops Out Everytime I Start My iMac.

Anyone know how I fix this. I couldn't find anything in the help or system preferences. I start the computer and while it's loading, the disk tray pops out on my iMac. It's a 17" and I am running 10.3.9. Thanks
