When I attempt to launch Disk Utility, I get a pop-up stating "Disk Utility quit unexpectedly." with the following:
Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000128
Crashed Thread: 0 Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread

I was able to run Disk Utility from the Installation Disc ... but still cannot load/run from mac.

Would anyone know how I can resolve this?
Any help would be much appreciated.
