Looking for some help. I was reformatting an external drive (for use with time machine) and disk utility crashed while erasing the drive. When I remount the drive, it reports it capacity as on 35gb.

Any suggestions as to how I get back my other 150gb?

I've tried reformatting, repairing permissions and disk warrior, but it still only shows 35gb.

I figured it out .......

I switched cases (from usb to fw) and for some odd reason decided I'd switch the drive jumper. Seagate drives have a configuration that differs from maxtor -- I realized I moved the jumper to limit the drive to 40gb.

I'm a dumb ass in the morning.

Thanks tho.
