I tried to screen capture but system frozen. I am trying to diagnose the disk and check for any errors or other issues. The scan begins but freezes near-immediately at “Checking Catalogue.” I had to force shut down; I retried twice and same problem occurred both additional times. 10.11.4. Suggestions?
