ok there is this 2nd partition on my macbook and i wanna delete it but it comes up with the error PARTITION FAILED: COULD NOT UNMOUNT DISK

Disk Utility Macbook Partition Failed

Try it via Disk Utility booted from the restore / installation DVD.

Other than that, you might have to Erase and Install Mac OS X.
