Hi all
I have no idea what happened to my disk utility program - I have a Mac Mini and use OS 10.6.8 (Leopard). I used the program yesterday night, and this morning, noticed it was nowhere to be found. I am pretty sure I didn't delete it, and it isn't coming up anywhere on my searches. I also had everything pre-installed on my Mac (I don't recall any discs coming with the computer from Apple - if so, I don't have them). Is there any way I can reinstall Disk Utility? Worse case scenario, could I copy the file from somebody else's Mac and install it on mine (not sure if this is possible with Utility programs). I'm completely confused as to what happened with this.

No, its not in the trash. I also definitely didn't change the name. I have no idea what happened, as it was working perfectly yesterday.

got a copy from a friend, so its working again. what a weird problem...
