Disk Utility won't repair these permissions? Hacked?

Was repairing disk permissions after installing 10.5.5 and came up with these errors that I had never seen before.


Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources/OwnerGroupTool" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Warning: SUID file "usr/bin/lppasswd" has been modified and will not be repaired.
 
Similar messages to this have been common since Leopard was first launched and are nothing to worry about. Have a look here for a discussion on Apple's support board about this
