Disk Warrior /multiple partitions/LaCie FW drive

I have a 230 GB LaCie external FireWire drive. I would like to partition it with 3 or perhaps 4 partitions. In the first partition I would like to install Disk Warrior, in the second partition store applications/data and so on and so forth. The following is my chief concern: Since this will be a multiple partition drive, will it be detectable and usable whenever I want to use Disk Warrior to troubleshoot/fix OS booting issues on other Macs? Or Disk Warrior must be dedicated on one drive?
