In other words, this is equivalent to an ssh app (in terms of accessing iphone) but not ssh (in that it must be plugged in locally to access) and can be used with non jailbroken iphones!

I wonder, if you knew what you were doing, you could add themes to your iphone without actaully jailbraking it. i see no reasoon why not. same with apps from cydia right?

There is no way to properly theme without the use of Winterboard. It's been posted here many times, replacing AppStore icons, which are specially-packaged .png's with custom ones will break the app...in other words, you can't open it. Also, without SSH installed accessing /root is probably not going to work.

youre right. although i dont have openssh downloaded on my ipod, it is jail broken

ill fix my post
