Diskutil cant resize my Volume! Why?

I want increase the Partion size with diskutil but it doesent work. i get allwasy the same error message. No Hit in Google.

Code: 
MacBook-Pro:~ root# diskutil resizeVolume disk0s3 limits
Error obtaining resizing information (is this a Mac OS 9 compatible "wrapped" HFS volume?)

I am 100% sure this is a HFS+ Partion on a MBR Partion Table.
