Diskwarrior bypass disk malfunction!

Diskwarrior built a new directory for my white macbook 2.16, 2 gb of ram. However, because of a disk malfunction, it can't replace it. Unfortunately, our warranty has expired and we are not able to bring it to a store. Is there a way I can bypass the disk malfunction and replace it anyway? This is from the CD by the way. Rev 42, I think..
