DiskWarrior Keys Out of Order?

What does it mean when on DiskWarrior, it says I have keys out of order? I rebuilt a partition. Checked the graph. Nothing out of order. Went to the partition. Froze. Obviously had an issue, went back to DiskWarrior, did another graph, and I got keys out of order showing up.

Is this something DiskWarrior can fix? Should I keep rebuilding, rebuilding, rebuilding, and will that fix it?
