I'm running Diskwarrior 3.0.3 on my hard drive (which would not mount due to invalid PEOF error in disk utility). In any case, it was chugging along nicely until it's gotten to comparing directories and has been stuck on Step 9: Recording any file or folder differences: 2,900,724 tests...for a while. I've read that this can take a while but I don't understand why it would just stop in the middle of running. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.
