Got the answer from Reddit to the frustrating issue I had over the last few days of all my shows and Sports Scores disappearing as well as the Store not loading in the TV app.

After a few resets the issue has been confirmed that deleting the Disney app will fix the problem completely. I tried reinstalling it and not logging in but that still broke the TV App. Only solution is to delete the app entirely until Disney fixes their app.

I ran into the same problem after setting up a new Apple TV 4K. It worked fine until I started logging into apps and then the TV App stopped working. Unfortunately doing a search initially came up with nothing and I ended up doing a reset which wasted several hours of my time since the problem turned out to be the DisneyNow App.

I filed a bug with Apple since an app shouldn't be able to break a native tvOS app. Apple marked it as a dupe, so they are at least aware of the problem. Who knows if Disney is aware of the problem.

I opened one too. Good to know.

I also reached out to Disney support and got a response that they are aware of the problem and are investigating it.

Looks like this has been fixed. Actually does seem like it was an Apple backend issue. No update to the app but problem is fixed.
