When I am using my mid 2014 retina macbook pro to browse the internet, or do other things that are not graphics intensive, I often see a line that appears on me desktop-- or within an application-- that gets stuck for 5 seconds and then disappears. I don't know if this is a sign that something is wrong with the computer's hardware or if it's just the operating system. I have erased and reinstalled the OS but am still experiencing this issue. I have also run a basic diagnostics test and all my hardware has passed but am thinking that I have to check in my computer at the genius bar so they can run a more comprehensive diagnostic test. Does anyone know what could possibly be going on?

(The picture attached shows the problem I am experiencing)
