Display color calibration problem

I'm trying to create a color profile with the built in Display color calibrator. I did it before without an issue. I’m using the advanced option. When I do the first gamma adjustment, as soon as I make the adjustment, the calibration pattern changes back by itself.

Very strange. Any ideas?
