so on the left in these two images is my MBA 2018 and on the right is my 2012 MBPr.
You can see how the MBA can’t render white but instead is somewhat golden. And blacks are more browny.
With the photograph you can see how the MBA makes it looks like warmth is dialled up.
Quite disappointing given that the MBP is the first generation retina screen, rather than the much improved 2013- version.
Any ideas on if this is fixable with calibration or just a hardware differential. Both are set to the default “colorLCD” profile and max brightness in the photos.
