Display expert says ipad 2 lcd as good as iPhone 4

The resolution is definitely the same, but seeing iPad 2 in person, it looks like they've made it look at least a little more crisp than iPad 1.
I can tell you it is most definitely not as good. It does not display retina apps at full resolution as on the iphone4, and it also still does not display HD movies/video. So no, not as good. To me, it is the exact same as my iPad 1, probably because it is. Haha.
Now the video processor on the otherhand, that is better, which does help the overall look of things. But resolution, no different.
