Display Folders At top of Columns

How do you get Folders to Display above individual documents in Column & List view in Finder on Lion? Also How do you sort the list and columns in different ways - e.g. biggest files first? - Thanks

Sort by kind.

Click on the column name to sort by that column. Click it again to reverse order.
