Display for Console Gaming/MBP

I was looking into purchasing a new HDTV for my Xbox 360. But after looking around, I figure I want a display for my MBP as well. So more or less I am looking for a display that can suit the needs of both. What would you recommend?

As a note, I am not necessarily looking for the best display out there, since I am on somewhat of a limited budget at the moment.

buy a 22" or 24" LCD monitor. It'll do both and do it well. If you're not going to use it to watch TV, then this is a better alternative.

I got the Dell 24" 2407WFP Wide Screen Ultrasharp LCD. It's amazing. Lots of extra inputs (DVI, S-video, component, 4 USB ports and card reader built in. Perfect for the MBP. Also supports High Def 1080p. Excellent for gaming.

From what I hear, it's made with the same parts as the apple monitors. You'll have to do a google search for the specifics. 3yr warranty too. If you shop around, you can find it for $550.
