I've been running Boot Camp with Vista Ultimate for months. I just ran the Boot Camp driver update that came with Leopard and now my system sees the display as a "Standard VGA Adapter". No hardware acceleration.

Anybody else seeing this behavior? Will a simple driver repair fix it?

I am having the same problem and I have no clue how to fix it because it won't let me run driver updates because it doesn't recognize my videocard (geforce 8600m gt).

I ran the Boot Camp Windows Driver installer a second time and it now recognizes my video card.
