After a recent (but not latest) IOS update, my iPhone 12 has developed display issue. I can accidentally cause the display to over zoom beyond normal. Display gets stuck at an exaggerated zoom, I can slide image around, but can not get it to reduce back to normal. It requires a hard restart to get to home screen.

Is this on the Web?

I ask because there are pages poorly designed with embedded frames that can be (nearly) impossible to reach the border when zoomed in on a mobile/touch device.

No, using two fingers to zoom or expand the screen, suddenly it would jump to greatly enlarged image with only a portion visible. Couldn’t slide image to slider to turn off phone. It would happen on the home screen most of the time.
