iPod touch Display Issues?

I'm going to buy an iPod touch (mostly to use as a pda) but i have heard that the ipod touch gets lots of dead and stuck pixels, has this been fixed or is it still happening?

All LCDs in production have units with dead/stuck pixels. It's just part of technology these days. It's very likely that you may get one, but it's also very likely that you'll never notice it.
