iPad mini Display manufacturer differences

I heard that the iPad mini display can be made by LG/AUO/Samsung. I also heard that LG has the best display, but I don't see a topic that really summarizes all the findings.

I'm going to go buy the mini tomorrow and would like to know what to look for when I first turn on my dispaly. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
