display messed up

my Grandson spilt water on his 2014 air attached is the video of the display should i just replace the lcd or do you think its a onboard video issue

Sorry to say but pretty definitely looks like a GPU failure, which of course is soldered on the 2014 Air so you'll have to replace the logic board - which may not be worthwhile. The way to make sure is to try connecting the MBA to an external display.
