I've got an aluminum MacBook Pro 17'' Model nº A1297 that intermittently has the problem seen in the following video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOhlE4AcTU8&feature=youtu.be
It happened the same some months ago, but it got fine after a while.
Any idea what the issue might be?
PLEASE NOTE:
I tried to press and change the position of the screen several times to see if there was any difference. No results.
I shut down the laptop several times. No results.
I went through the iFixit guide on how to change the lcd panel, but I find quite insane and risky.
Thanks so much for the help!
