display problem

I do not know if this is a hardware issue or not. i made a clean install of osx but did not solve the problem. you can see the problem on below video. any suggestions?

Looks like a crash starting the LoginWindow process and then looping.
Did you format the drive before the clean install?
Install over an existing install does not remove files from other sources.

Hi pmau thanks for reply.
Yes i erased the disk from disk utility during installation of osx.
Sometimes it stops but just for a wile than starts again...
At start the apple is stable but when the os starts the problem starts.
