Display Sleep and Computer Sleep

How can I change the times for these?

I use my laptop without my battery downstairs and to keep Plex on (doesnt take that much battery power), but for some reason, when the display sleeps, the computer sleeps not soon after.

I even unchecked "put hard disks to sleep when possible". But it still sleeps, and disconnects my wifi, and then Plex eventually cuts off.
