iPhone 11 Pro Display wont sleep when using bluetooth audio

Not sure if this is just an iOS 13 thing or the iPhone 11 Pro, but when I am playing audio in the car I notice the screen doesn't shut off. It is set to 30 seconds, tried turning it off and on again and a soft reset but nothing is working.

Anyone else get this?
