Display won't stay on

I have 2 iPhones. One of them is fine. The other however the display won't stay on. Let me explain. Leave it on charge press wake button screen flashes on then off, unplug it, then the display will stay on but only sometimes. It's not the screen at fault as I have taken both apart swapped the logic boards same happens.
