I've found solutions for SL and other previous OS versions but not for Lion. Anyone know how to display folders first in Finder i.e. alphabetically display folders first and then alphabetically the files. (Windows style)

I created a Smart Folder called "Folders" by adding "kind" is Folder. I added it in my toolbar right next to the spotlight search. I also made one called "Files" so I can do easy searches for what I'm looking for. It doesn't do exactly what you want, but it's pretty effective for me. :)

I think you can open the view - show view options in finder and from there choose "arrange by kind" and "sort by name".
