Hi,

I have a macbook pro and an hdtv.

I want to be able to use front row full screen on my hdtv while surfing the internet from my macbook pro.

How would I accomplish this? It seems to be one or the other.

I haven't tried it yet, but I would assume that you would have to set your displays to be mirrored first.

Mirroring displays puts front row on your macbook and on your tv.

I want to use front row on the hdtv, and be free to email, surf, work on photoshop, whatever on my macbook.

There is currently no way to do this. The way front row is coded, it automatically blacks out the secondary monitor. The only way to change this is to mess with the coding of front row and hack it to do so, which if it was easy to do, I feel it would have been done by now.

I feared this. Apple wants you to buy a mac mini. That's why they did that.
