iPod touch displaying iPhoto on TV

I have 3-G iPod touch and Apple dock and component AV cables. I can get audio on tv using itunes, but video will not display any pictures when I try to use iPhoto.

Can you use a iPod touch to display iPhoto slide show on a TV, and if so how do I set it up.

apple have placed a proprietary chip into their video (and mic headphone) cables this means that if your video cables are more than about 6 months old they will not work with any of apples new products (ie you have to buy new)

yeah in the "This accessory is compatible with the following:" bit the 3g ipod touch isn't listed I dont know why they may have removed the function so likely it will never work
