DisplayOut Problem - No Refresh Rate Option?

Hi all

I have iphone 4, iOS 4.1

I downloaded DisplayOut and, while it does work, I can't understand why I don't have the option to alter the refresh rate in the settings menu? :confused:

Any help much appreciated. :eek:
