DisplayOut Stopped Displaying Apps (Still Shows Touch Indicator)

Am using jb iPad 1 3g with DisplayOut and the Apple iPad Connector > Component cable ... all of a sudden the DisplayOut-ed screen of my apps (games) on my Mac Pro would blink and then turn to black, only I could still see the little touch marks when the "show touches" was enabled. Some apps still showed the iOS dialogue windows when they popped up but then dissapeared.

This was all through a Hauppage PVR.

Any thoughts as to why it worked, and then didn't?

I can't get DisplayOut to work at all using the new Apple hdmi connector on my iPad1. the cable works fine on my iPad 2 so I know it's not the cable or hookup. anyone having the same problem with iPad1? I tried it on 4.3.1 and 4.3.3. I see the tracer dots on the ipad screen. Tried TVout too, doesn't work. They do work on my ipod Touch 4G.

IDK if this will work but you may want to try Resupported for the cable...
