Disposing of/selling old iPhones

Hi

I have three iPhones sitting in my office, all of which have died - A 2G, 3G and 4.

I am unable to charge them anymore to factory reset.

I would like to get a bit of cash for them but I'm concerned that someone could get sensitive information from them. Should I be?

Is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening
