I notice that when I do not use one of my devices for some not too long time (maybe two or three weeks), when I use it again, I get messages on all my devices that notify my that my ID and phone number are used on a new device. And to be sure that I see the message, it gets displayed on EVERY SINGLE of my devices next time I use them.

I understand the message is aimed at making people aware early in case of identity theft attempt, but in this case it is just absurd. I am just turning on a device I never logged off from and just did not use. So the message is useless. If it was displaying only once, I would be fine with it. But having to dismiss it so many times makes it impossible to stand.

Any way to make this work reasonably well without echoing notifications ?

It usually happens after an OS update.

Do you mean this is after every single device OS update ?

I do not think this matches my observation, but I will keep an eye the next time I get the notification bounce everywhere thing.
