Distinctive rings with Low-Power mode

Do distinctive rings and text sounds still work in low-power mode? I keep getting calls and texts that don't include them, yet they are set up properly, and worked in the past.

I just started using low-power mode, and it seems this is when the trouble started.

Although Apple's support article about low power mode doesn't explicitly mention ringtones, it seems you've already answered your own question.
