distorted text shile scrolling

Hi, I am getting distorted text while scrolling, at first I thought is was safari but it happens in every program, on both of my monitors.

I cant reproduce it with a screen shot though. THe distorted text is in the middle of the monitor.

Does anyone have any idea whats happening?

Im also getting distorted text when I roll over a certain area of the screen

I remember that happening a couple times to me with my iBook, but can't remember what I did to resolve it. Think it fixed itself.
