iPhone 12 Pro Distorting speaker

My iPhone 12 Pro speaker is distorting when playing music. Phone was bought new at time of release. Any suggestions?
 
If it happens at lower volume as well it may be a hardware issue. I’d contact Apple for a replacement or repair.
