iPhone Distortion on call

Hello,

Sometimes during call when people are talking louder get kind of distortion in earpiece speaker.
And volume is not high!
When recording some voicememo's everything sounds ok.
I'm now on latest Ios 9.3.3 with new iphone 6.

Anyone have some advise about this?
Software related or hardware?

If it's on more than a few different callers I'd say get the phone checked out.

I developed the same problem on my SE on every call. i tried all remedies but nothing worked, so I sent it in for a replacement. Problem solved.
