Distributed OS X computing versus SARS

Move over SETI--finding molecule candidates for SARS seems like a good short term goal.

Eh, I saw this on /. but I wasn't intrested, while this may be one deadly virus you can do alot more with folding... IMO.

SARS has killed people, but not as many as all of the disease that folding is helping has, not even remotely close.

Just out of curiosity I tried it out, and it's done something terrible to my computer. I can't view the folder it's installed to (the applications folder, duh ), which makes it rather difficult to delete. This app should come with a health warning for mac osx users....

Well, that's what I used. Rather than installing yet another program, I figured I might as well use what's there already. Besides, at least I know I can trust the terminal...
