iOS Distributing a iPad/iPhone-App to different Companies

Hello,

i am new to MacRumors, so please don't kill me, when i post in the wrong cathegorie ;-)

My question is about delivering an App to Companies. Which ways of delivering are possible?

In details, the app is customized for each Company (branding, role based views to backenddata etc.).

Is it possible to upload the app to the official appstores in different version for example. SuperApp for Customer1, SuperApp for Customer2 and so on.

Or is it possible to deliver the app through the enterprise appstore of each company?
