Some of the choices in the 'Arrange By' menu organize your files under division lines. You may have a line separating types of files, or by the date, or by tag colour, and so on. I'm wondering if it's possible to CREATE a NEW division line for categorizing files in a unique way. Just like creating a new folder, you could right click and create a new division line, and drag as many files and folders above, or below the line. You could add a sub-menu if you want, remove, and position the line. It would organize files that bit easier in the finder. Thoughts? Does this feature exist?

I'd like if you were able to organize items in a folder using division lines.

Is there a shortcut key for when you want to place an item in the exact same position as another, swapping positions?

It would be useful to have a feature in Finder giving you the ability to create a banner that shows at the top/bottom of a given folder indicating purpose/contents.
