Divx to DVD

Does anyone know a piece of software that can convert a divx file to a dvd file to play on a dvd player?

If you have the Perian and/or DivX Quicktime codec installed, then iDVD should do the trick.

VisualHub - it's the fastest way I've found to do this. Also gives the best quality imo.

I've found Toast to be slow and the quality well not so good.
